WASHINGTON, DC (February 25,
2008) - Reporters, editors and young people could, with
the stroke or two of their pens, secure fellowships to
attend one of the most sought after media gatherings in the
Caribbean.
Counterpart International is inviting journalists and youth
to apply for the upcoming 17th staging of the Caribbean
Media Exchange on Sustainable Tourism (CMEx) to be held in

CMEx is an interactive workshop that allows journalists and

interact with development specialists and representatives of
the hospitality sector, civil society and government. Under
review are tourism policies aimed at benefiting the lives of
Caribbean communities. The dates and destination for this
12th full edition of CMEx will be announced shortly.
Journalists and editors of any age, and young people (aged
16 to 21), can apply for a limited number of fellowships
